Billing
The yearly plan includes five days free for new subscribers. If you don’t cancel before the fifth day, it becomes a paid year. You’ll know exactly when that is — it’s in your Apple Account subscription list from the moment you start.
Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. We can’t cancel it for you because we’re not the ones billing you — Apple handles every payment and we never see your card.
Refunds are Apple’s to give, through reportaproblem.apple.com. Write to us anyway if something went wrong — we can’t process the refund but we can often fix the reason you want one.
No. One subscription covers the pair of you. They download ela, enter your code, and they’re in.
Nothing. Everything you’ve logged is on your phone and stays exactly where it is — tracking, insights, your calendar and the doctor summary are free and keep working. An existing partner connection keeps working too.
Not today. If enough people ask for a lifetime option we’ll look at it — tell us.
No. Tracking your own cycle is the thing ela exists to do, and it will not move behind a paywall. If that ever changed for new users, it wouldn’t change for you.
